Drip and Sculpt Vessels, April 12-16, with Anabelí D. González
Anabelí D. González creates organic volumes using ripple technique - often on a large scale. She challenges the limitations of the material and sees its possibilities. In her finely chiseled sculptures there is a feeling of both stillness and life, and behind each work a thought and a story. She finds inspiration in Mexican and prehistoric ceramic tradition.
Anabelí is represented in several museums, for example the World Culture Museum in Gothenburg. We also met her in SVT's series "Dreja - a love story" where we got an insight into the work process.
Anabelí comes to the studio to hold a course in swirling and sculpting vessels.
Here you can see pictures from the last time Anabelí visited.
